The role:

Reporting to the Team Leader and working alongside the Yardperson; Fleet Vehicle Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the support to deliver for Company Fleet Administration services and agreed KPIs.

This role is also responsible for assisting in driving operational/ administrative efficiencies whilst on rare occasions, yard/ compound activities might need a hand. Please note you will be working in a rotational shift from 8.00am to 4.00pm and 10am to 6.00pm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out relevant vehicle registration including cancellations
  • Inspect vehicles with customer on handover day and ensure complete transfer of vehicle paperwork
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all necessary documentation and reports as appropriate
  • Assist other team members in the operations as required
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do and to be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment medical, which includes a fitness assessment and a drug and alcohol test.
