Role Overview: As an experienced Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs.
Advising customers on recommended services and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
Providing accurate estimates of service costs and explaining service options to customers.
Maintaining communication with customers throughout the service process, updating them on the status of their vehicles.
Resolving any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Utilizing dealership software and systems to manage service records and documentation.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting, preferably with knowledge of the Nissan brand.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in service recommendations and documentation.
A customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems and software.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
