We are looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems, demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues using advanced tools and equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Interpret repair manuals and technical service bulletins to execute accurate repairs.
Provide clear explanations of repair needs and solutions to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
Keep up-to-date with automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous learning and training.
Adhere to safety procedures and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Motor Mechanic.
Proven expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of repair needs.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Certification from an accredited automotive training program or equivalent experience preferred.
